WEEKLY YOGA PRACTICE
Hosted in English, weekly hatha yoga flow classes are available. Spaces are limited, please contact Liz for availability
Throughout the warmer months we offer yoga brunches. These mornings are an excellent way to sample yoga for the first time or if you have had a long break from practice. You will be amongst friends in a fun and encouraging environment. We will enjoy a hour of hatha yoga, a full 15minutes of meditation followed by a healthy balanced brunch including freshly squeezed super fruit juice. You can book a private brunch for you and your group or join an existing day.
Existing days to join: Friday 26th May or Friday 1st September (just a few places remaining!)
RETREAT DAY & STAY
For those coming further afield you can enjoy a night (or more) in The Cottage (the Studio is also available for larger groups) with a served breakfast or brunch the following morning. You can enjoy a full day (or more) of relaxation with a private yoga session, private access to the pool and we even have a local masseuse that will visit offering both massage and reflexology.
